Programme overview
The European Innovation Council (EIC) is an EU funding programme. It has a budget of €10.1 billion to support, finance and scale up SMEs with game changing innovations.
We are dedicated to creating a model for European deep tech Series B/C companies to scale beyond series B.
Top 50 European deep tech growth companies funded by The European Innovation Council (EIC) will be selected for EIC ScalingUp 50 Listing.

We are fostering the emergence of European deep tech world-scale companies.
EIC supported over 5700 SMEs during the pilot phase from 2014-2020. By May 2020, these companies attracted over € 5.3 billion in private funding (equity, debt, M&A, IPOs).
EIC Scaling Up strengthens further EIC Equity by powering the EIC deep tech companies to new investment from growth-stage commercial investors and buyers.
